Christmas cake

I did a few christmas cakes this year for family members so I tried to keep them all quite different, here are two of them (my favourites) that are 8" for £25.

Christmas Trifle

This was my first go at Christmas trifle, we wanted individual ones so that the portions might be smaller (they weren't). Lovely as they were, after a full Christmas meal I reckon shot glass sizes would be more appropriate!

Harry Potter

A colleague of Mattijs' was turning 24 and they wanted to surprise him with Harry Potter cupcakes. Strawberry and  vanilla buttercream with sugarpaste decorations (lightening bolt, gryffindor scarf, nimbus 2000 and the golden snitch).
